I see a baby's face or a young child's face zoomed in and half the face is cropped out. I cant really tell the gender of the portrait of the piece but they have stunning blue eyes. There is a artistic image going on here, there is a tiny man climbing the portrait's face almost like it's rock climbing. The face doesn't have a expression to what it is feeling its a blank stare into the camera. It definitely looks photoshopped, unless it was a toy it's still too small to be one. Maybe the artist was trying to capture him climbing over the young child's face like they are overcoming it, or maybe trying to overcome the child maybe. I think his intent was maybe to show someone overcoming something impossible? Like children are very hard to control idk. She is way larger than the man that's on her nose she's almost like a towering giant compared to him.
